Problems with logging in for grant customers abroad
Grant customers of the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike) are being prevented from logging in to our online services from foreign web addresses.

Taike’s online system utilises Vetuma authentication that is administered by the Government ICT Centre Valtori.
A denial-of-service attack was detected in the service on 21 October 2016. In order to limit the damage, Valtori has prevented access to Taike’s online services from foreign web addresses.
It is unclear how long the disruption will continue. Valtori is monitoring the situation closely and will allow access from foreign web addresses as soon as possible.
