Welcome to ARSPRO Artists Meet Producers Event 2013

The aim of ARSPRO Artists Meet Producers Event is to offer a possibility for creative professional contacts between artists, art educators and cultural producers. The program of the event consists of short presentations of program proposals offered by artists and art educators for cultural centers and events.

The catalogues will be distributed for the participants of the event and published as a pdf-version in internet in the websites of the organizers. In the selection process privilege is given for programs that take into account cultural diversity either in the contents of the program, the participating artists or the partners of the projects. ARSPRO-event 2013 consists of two sections; the morning focuses on art education and children´s culture, the afternoon on performing arts including dance, circus, theater and music. The organizers of the ARSPRO-event are Humak University of Applied Sciences, Cultural production unit; Helsinki Cultural Centers Annantalo, Caisa, Stoa and Vuotalo; Taikalamppu - Aladdin’s lamp, Network of Regional Art Centres for Children and Young People; Culture for all –service, City of Vantaa, Cultural Production Unit; and Arts Promotion Centre, Uusimaa, Regional Artist on Cultural Diversity. The event is part of the program of Helsinki Region Welcome Weeks.

- 16.8.2013: artists will be informed of the selections for the program of the event and catalogue

- 23.8.2013: the program of the event will be published and subscription link opened for the producer audience

- 12.9.2013: deadline for the subscriptions of the audience
